Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with rehab-focused treatment plans. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support safe transitions and functional recovery. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and promote a healing, nurturing environment.
