Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support rehabilitation plans under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe discharges and optimal recovery.
