Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support complex rehab plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians. Assist with admissions, patient education, and discharge planning while promoting safety, mobility, and independence. You’ll document accurately in the EMR, communicate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and provide compassionate support to patients and families.
