Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and support complex rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, promote safety and infection control, accurately document in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
