Job description
Encompass Health is hiring an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans in collaboration with RNs and therapists. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and promote safety and infection control.
