Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an LPN LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Part-time or Full-time position.

Hourly rate is negotiable.

​Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum patient care and treatment in a Family Medicine setting

Collaborate with the Physician to administer prescribed medications

Educate and update patients on medical treatments

EKG, IV infusion and IM injections

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

Experience with variety of Medical Wellness services

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with EMR and good general computer skills
