Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and assistance with ADLs. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to execute individualized care plans, support safe transitions of care, educate patients and families, and accurately document in the EMR.
