Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient‑centered nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and support individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications and treatments, providing patient and family education, documenting accurately in the EMR, and promoting a safe, nurturing environment.
