Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high‑quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote safe, goal‑oriented recovery.
