Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, support complex rehab plans, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.
