Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe recovery, mobility, and independence. Educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
