Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high‑quality bedside care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families. Working closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll help develop and follow care plans that promote safe, goal‑oriented recovery.
