Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Medical Reviewer to join our Dallas, TX team. You will ensure documentation quality and regulatory compliance by reviewing medical records for home health and hospice services, supporting pre-claim reviews and appeals, and communicating with agencies as needed.
The role requires LPN/LVN licensure and at least 3 years in home health or hospice, with strong attention to detail and collaborative leadership for staff education and process improvements.
