Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care at our Trumbull and Monroe locations. In this role, you’ll support RNs and providers with assessments, medication administration, treatments, and patient education across a range of primary and specialty services. You’ll document in the EMR, coordinate patient flow, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
