Job description
Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct resident care in our SNF and Long Term Care units. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families and the care team.
