Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care in our Skilled and Long Term Care Units. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and coordination with physicians and CNAs to ensure quality patient outcomes.
