What You'll Do:
Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care
Supervise and coach nursing team members while providing hands-on support
Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
Educate staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation
What you will need:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
