Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife in Dedham, MA seeks an LPN to collaborate with a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and maximize patient quality of life. The LPN supports culture change, mentors staff, and adheres to HIPAA and unit safety requirements.
Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, participating in care planning, documenting in EMR, and supervising nursing assistants under RN oversight. Massachusetts LPN license required; prior experience preferred.
