Job description
Corning Center in Corning, NY is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead and support nursing staff in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN Supervisor will oversee daily clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role provides hands-on guidance to LPNs and CNAs, supports care planning with the interdisciplinary team, and promotes a safe, compassionate environment. The ideal candidate is a resident-focused leader with strong clinical skills, communication, and a commitment to high-quality elder care and teamwork.
