Job description
Summit Health is seeking an LPN to join our patient-centric network in Connecticut. You will assist with office visits, prepare patients for exams and administer injections and IV therapy within licensure.
Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate treatment plans, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include charting, patient education, clerical support, inventory management, and coordinating follow-ups under physician supervision.
