Job description
Humana CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator-LPN in Georgia to schedule visits, coordinate with field staff, patients and physicians, and support day-to-day office operations and staff management. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in the state, at least 1 year of home health experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
