Job description
Amedisys is seeking an Intake Coordinator to schedule home visits and coordinate patient care from the care center. You will work in-office Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, handling scheduling for field staff, patients, and the Clinical Manager to maximize care center capacity.
The role requires nursing licensure and at least 1 year of healthcare administration experience. Primary duties include coordinating visits, communicating with providers, and ensuring timely patient services.
