Job description
Summit Health in New York State is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our physician-led, patient-centered care network. You will assist with office visits, prepare patients for exams, and provide essential nursing support under physician supervision.
You will administer medications, perform IV therapy as permitted, collect specimens and maintain clinical areas, while ensuring accurate charting and timely follow-up scheduling.
