Job description
Team Select Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically complex pediatric and adult patients. You will work under RN supervision, delivering skilled nursing care, medications, and caregiver education in a private duty home setting.
New graduates are welcome and a mentorship program is offered. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and strong clinical leadership support are highlighted in this role.
