Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA Private Duty Nurse provides personalized nursing care to patients in a home or private setting, ensuring their health and comfort outside of traditional healthcare environments. This role involves close collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver tailored medical support and promote overall wellness.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
Monitor patient health and document changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the patient
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and needs
