Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to our residents.
FT/PT LPN position 3p to 11p
Responsibilities:
Distributing medication to residents
Provide basic patient care and treatment
Charting on residents as needed
Manage and Instruct Care Givers
Communicating with family members
Receiving and transcribing orders
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
CPR certified
Ability to build rapport with residents and family members
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
