Job description
Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide rehabilitative nursing care to seniors in our faith-based community. In this full-time role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, support therapy goals, and closely monitor resident progress. You’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to update care plans, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and promote safety and infection control. Ideal candidates bring rehab or skilled nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to dignity, compassion, and person-centered care for seniors and their families.
