Job description
Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide hands-on care to senior residents in our faith-based rehab community. In this full-time role, you’ll administer medications, perform treatments, monitor rehab progress, and support safe transitions of care. You will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized rehab plans, document accurately in the EHR, and communicate closely with residents and families.
