LPN/RN Unit ManagerBell Minor Home, a leading Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office in Gainesville, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving clinical excellence. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistanceDevelop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standardsLead and mentor a team of LPNs and RNs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient careMonitor and report on unit statistics, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and productivity metricsCollaborate with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure seamless care transitionsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff efficiencyCurrent LPN/RN licensure in the state of GeorgiaMinimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership roleProven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamStrong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teamsAbility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysIf you are a motivated and compassionate LPN/RN looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
