Job description
Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY seeks an LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead unit-based nursing care for a 104-bed skilled nursing community. You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, and collaborate with nursing leaders to maintain high quality resident care.
The role requires an active LPN or RN license in Kentucky and prior LTC experience; a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.
