Provide Personalized Care Where It Matters Most
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a patient in their home in the Scranton, PA area. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to deliver individualized care in a comfortable home setting while building strong relationships with your patient and their family.

Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and plan of care
* Monitor and assess patient health status
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
* Measure and document vital signs and patient progress
* Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
* Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
* Educate patients and family members regarding care and health management
* Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are maintained
* Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team to provide quality care
Qualifications
* Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
* Current CPR certification
* Strong clinical and assessment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently in a home care environment
* Previous private duty, home health, or pediatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to meet all Maxim Healthcare onboarding and compliance requirements
