Job description
The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center At Nesconse is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in our Skilled Unit and Long-Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and direct patient care with outcome monitoring.
