Job description

United Church Homes, Inc. is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN) to join Trinity Community at Beavercreek, Ohio. The Nurse will coordinate care for ~25 residents, administer medications, perform assessments, and support family education under physician orders and facility policies.

The role requires an active LPN license with at least 1 year of nursing/long-term care experience and a strong commitment to quality care, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
