Job description
Trinity Community at Fairborn, part of United Church Homes, Inc., seeks an LPN Staff Nurse to coordinate care for approximately 25 residents within the assigned area. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Qualified candidates will hold an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and have 1 year of nursing/long-term care experience. Excellent teamwork and documentation skills are essential.
