Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Duties Include:
Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants;
Performnecessary nursing duties;
Perform administrative duties such as chartingand completing medical forms and reports;
Receive physicians’ orders;
Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed;
Prepare andadminister medications as necessary;
Notify charge nurse of all drug andnarcoticdiscrepancies;
Ensuretheaccuracyofnarcoticsrecordsforshift;
Inform charge nurse of staffing needs;
Responsible for comprehensivenursingcare.
