LPN Travel - $1400/weekly - $40/hr- TX ($250 Bonus)Location: Lubbock, TXShift: 5x8 Mid Shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)Duration: 13 WeeksSchedule: 40 Hours per WeekPay: $35 to $40/hourlyJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct patient care and be proficient in performing clinical nursing procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatmentsEducate patients on medications and care plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient informationPerform computer data entry (training will be provided)Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare teamAssist with and perform advanced nursing skills as requiredRequirementsActive Texas LPN LicenseRecent LPN ExperienceJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $35 to $40/hourlyBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceExperience:Licensed Paractical Nurse : 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Licensed Practical Nurse License — Texas (Required)Work Location: On the road
