Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting your team's growth and success. Key responsibilities include:Patient Monitoring: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to ensure the best care.Collaboration: Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans for each patient.Procedures & Documentation: Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts.Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.Leadership & Support: Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a high standard of care.We are looking for a qualified professional with the following qualifications:Active LPN License in the State of Georgia.At least 3 years of prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.Proven ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a team of nursing professionals.A passion for providing exceptional care to residents and supporting a positive work environment.We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
