Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit senior care organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is seeking an LPN to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to older adults in a supportive, learning-focused environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, clinical treatments, monitoring residents’ conditions, and accurate documentation in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, support family education, and uphold high standards of safety, dignity, and inclusion while contributing to innovative aging and elder care services.
