Rehabilitation Hospital PositionMercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, multiple trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.Designed to promote recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting, Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital incorporates many unique features, including:Brain injury unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy space and dining areaDedicated stroke care unit with specialized equipmentGymnasiums featuring high-tech therapy devices and treatmentsSpecial apartment where patients and families can practice daily living tasksPrivate, family-friendly rooms with sleeper chairsPet therapy and other recreational programsOutdoor healing garden and walking trail to assist in rehabilitationThe greatest feature of our rehabilitation hospital is our team of dedicated doctors and nurses.
