Job description
ScionHealth’s Kindred Hospital Chicago - Northlake is a 94-bed long-term acute care facility, delivering extended inpatient care with around-the-clock clinical support. We partner with physicians to guide each patient’s wellness journey and provide comprehensive nursing services seven days a week.
The RN role focuses on planning and delivering direct and indirect patient care, developing care plans with patients and families, and coordinating discharge planning with physicians and the care team
