Job Summary
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This Director of Nursing plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Coordinate resident care with hands-on leadership
Develop and revise nursing policies
Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff
Lead recruitment and interviewing
Ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls
Collaborate across departments
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license required
Skilled nursing facility experience required
Pay Range:
$140,000/year - $160,000/year
