Job description
Elios Healthcare seeks a Nurse Leader to run the nursing department in a skilled nursing facility. You will own day-to-day nursing operations, including staffing, quality, survey readiness, admissions and discharges, and growth of the nursing team.
You will have budget authority and accountability, partnering with the administrator and medical director to drive clinical excellence in a resident-centered setting. Strong LTC leadership is essential.
