Job description
Chesapeake Regional Pharmacy Services seeks a dedicated Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist to join our team in Wilmington, DE. You will verify prescriptions, perform DURs, and ensure regulatory compliance for LTC residents across facilities.
You’ll also provide clinical recommendations, review medications for safety, and participate in care-plan reviews and immunization clinic activities as needed. Delaware licensure and PharmD/BSPharm credentials are required.
