Job description
Guardian Pharmacy, part of the Guardian family, seeks a diligent Pharmacist to evaluate nursing home medication regimens and ensure compliant, evidence-based therapy. This role requires occasional travel up to 90% and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate holds a BS/PharmD, an active Pharmacist license, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with LTC settings and pharmacy systems is preferred.
