Job description
MercyOne Dubuque/Dyersville Medical Center is seeking a part-time Long Term Care RN to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care for residents in a 40-bed setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based practice and adherence to regulatory standards.
You will work in a patient-centered environment with collaboration among nurses, physicians, social workers, and dietitians to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
