Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a LTC Registered Nurse in Harmony, MN. The assignment is 13 weeks long with a start date of 10/05/2026 and one opening.
Schedule includes days with 5, 8-hour shifts (12:00 - 20:30) or an alternate 3, 12-hour (00:00 - 12:00) option; charting is through Epic, and the facility is SNF/LTC with 45 beds. Competitive weekly pay reflects the role and location.
