nEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.
nnnFull-Time Position with overtime availbility
n
nn$21 - $23 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's
n
nn$2.00 / hour pay differential for weekday shift (after 11:00 am)
n
nn$6.00 / hour pay differential for weekend shift
n
nnAdditional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications
n

nn$1,000 Tool Allowance
n
nnWork on new vehicles across all manufacture lines
n
nnPursue Professional Development – advancement through apprenticeship - work and train with our team of highly qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians

nnAccess to manufacture training
n
nnUse of company provided tools and equipment
n
n nMust be able to work the following schedule:
nnMonday - Friday: 12pm - 8:30pm
n nResponsibilities
nnnEnsure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
n
nnProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
n
nnPerform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
n
nnPerform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
n
nnPerform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
n
nnMaintain safe and clean work area.
n
nnPerform other related duties as required

nQualifications
nnnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
nnMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
n
nnMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)
n
nnNo drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
n
nnMust have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years
n
nnMust pass background check/MVR and drug test
n
