nWe are looking for technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.
nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
nnGeneral Service Technicians / Mechanics perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more
nPerform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations
nWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
nComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
nEnsure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate
nComply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
nAssist in all housekeeping functions as directed by Management
nWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions on a guest's vehicle
nFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

nnCurrent driver’s licenses
nThis is an entry level position. We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required.
n nPhysical Requirements:
nnOccasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
nBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
nWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
nHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
nWalk/stand for the majority of the workday
nDrive manual transmission vehicles
nKeeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
nEfficiently navigate a computer
