About the Role:
nMidas - Lake Jackson is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our growing team in Lake Jackson, TX! nResponsibilities:
nPerform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models
nConduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
nCheck and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
nRotate tires and check tire pressure per manufacturer specifications
nReplace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed
nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the shop
nAssist senior technicians with basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks
nRequirements:
nPrior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred
nBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventative care
nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
nValid driver's license with a clean driving record
nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
nExcellent teamwork and communication skills
nAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
