nSchedule is on a rotation and will include some Saturdays.
nThis position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnnPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards
n
nnDiagnose cause of malfunction
n
nnComplete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
n
nnRoad-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
n
nnRecord time spent repairs using company time clocking procedures
n
nnDocument work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results
n
nnThe technician provides and maintains an inventory of normal mechanics tools. These tools include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained. The service department does not normally inventory these tools as "special tools.""

nnMaintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
n
nnComplete all required training
n
nnAcquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training
n
n nWhat You'll Bring
nnnBasic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
n
nnWe prefer experience as an express/quick lube technician, but do not require it.
n
nnOperate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
n
nnA team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
n
nnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

n nTotal Rewards
nFlat rate pay range for this role is $19-$21 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
nActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
